I discovered this earlier this evening whilst trying to create a bit more space on our computer. It is the original Penalty Shootout game that I created in late 2000:

They are (obviously) a long way behind the current Penalty Shootout, but I think you can still see a flavour of the current game back in these original versions. I have just tested them and they seem to work in both Firefox and Internet Explorer - which isn't bad for programming that old.
