Hello
My school bursar has faxed you with an order (on Feb 3rd) but so far we've had no contact from you. Our order number (that we generated) was N126002036 and we're in Bungay, Suffolk Please can you phone us on 01986 892159 (because you don't seem to respond to messages left on your landline number - we have tried!!) Or fax us on 01986 893226 Or email me or reply on this forum about what to do next I just want to get using your excellent programs in my classroom! Thanks in advance Richard #3

Hi Richard, sorry you've had problems with this. From the initial order I sent an e-mail and followed this up with an additional e-mail when you telephoned.
I do have difficulty phoning during school hours as I'm working at my own school and thus cannot spend my time with company matters, thus I try to deal with all orders via e-mail. I'll resend the e-mail later this evening via an alternative e-mail address. I hope this time it will reach you. Perhaps you could check this in the morning and then post again to report success or otherwise. As Carl has said, I try my very best to get all orders dealt with on that day, but I have experienced a number of problems with school anti-spam systems blocking e-mails from ContentGenerator.net. I hope you'll be able to access your software tomorrow. #7

Oops I thought it was resolved but when I click on any of the links you gave me they said i needed to be a licenced owner of the program and that this forum is for customers only arrrgh I'm normally quite patient but this is SO frustrating Please help me Sorry to hear that - Im sure as soon as Andrew see's this post he will upgrade your forum account to customer status. Edit: I've temporary helped Richard out This post has been edited by Carl Shepherdson: 01 March 2006 - 04:41 PM

Sorry to hear that - Im sure as soon as Andrew see's this post he will upgrade your forum account to customer status. Edit: I've temporary helped Richard out Thanks for helping out Carl. Richard, you should now have full access to the forums. Not sure what happened there as I changed your status to 'customer' yesterday. You are indeed a licenced owner and a customer. I'm really sorry that you've had such difficulties and this has been reflected in your invoice. #9

I have had the same problem.
I ordered the whole package just before Christmas and I was sent an e-mail saying that the order was being processed just before the Christmas break. I have e-mailed a couple of times since but no reply. Again I am like you I cant wait to be able to use the programs as they look excellent! Iggy Healey E-Learning Coordinator Calder High School #10

Hi,
Sorry to hear about that - it's not good at all. They seems to be an issue with the ContentGenerator.net email system, which Andrew has been trying to sort for a while now. Im sure you will have your order all sorted by the end of today, once Andrew see's this topic. Best of luck This post has been edited by Carl Shepherdson: 03 March 2006 - 01:28 PM

Iggy Healey E-Learning Coordinator Calder High School Hi - I have also sent this order! I'm really sorry that you've experienced difficulties. It does all seem to result from e-mails sent via my ContentGenerator.net domain being blocked. I will make sure you've got your software by later on this evening. One way I can do this is to give you your download links via PM on this forum.
