Ive requested help but it has not yet been answered (in November). I purchased penalty shoot out in 2006 and for some strange reason it is stating it now needs my serial number, which unfortunately i cant find. Please can you assist?

Also for the past year I have been trying to purchase a school licence for the suites but I have had no joy from sending faxes and many emails, any suggestions?
