I've been trying to download Grade or no grade - I've gone through the support ticket route - please upgrade my account to customer status (I've purchased Penalty and Walk the Plank).

Thanks for your post and our apologies that you didn't get an immediate response. You should now have customer access and be able to download your free customer bonus.
