why does the games i save are saved as text an no as flash??? i need it for thursday!!! Hi could you please provide some more details? Which program are you using? When you run the generator program, you enter all your questions and then click on the 'generate' button (blue button at the bottom right of the screen). It sounds like you are saving your game data, rather than actually generating the game. When you click on the 'Save game data' button the data - allowing you to edit / change the questions - is saved. However, when you generate the game, the finished .swf file is produced. This is what you need to do. Have another try and then please do report back how you get on #4

I have similar problem. Txt file saved. html file generated but no swf file. Tried reinstalling shockwave player - didn't make any difference. Tried it on different machine - no difference. Considering reinstalling programme 0 unless theres another solution...???? Hi - from our support tickets you've now been able to solve the issue. Could you possibly post how you were successful? I think it was just running the program again, but it would be good to find out. #5

There was one day when I'd typed up a quiz, saved it, generated a game and then when I went to the directory I'd save it in to play it there was a blank screen. On checking I found there was no swf file in the directory. As both files were noted as generated in the program I was confused.
I tried loading the quiz again, saved it generating the Html and swf files but exactly the same - blank screen. Once more produced same effect. Thinking there might be a problem with Shockwave I reinstalled it. Still exactly the same. So - I thought about saving the game with a different name. Did so and for whatever reason - both html and swf files appeared in the directory. Odd - but it worked.... Bernard
