I'm creating a community and learning website for students and teachers of English as a second language. The site will be owned by me personally and administered by me personally. I hope to use Content Generator to create games which will be available via a free membership.

Hi - what you describe is most certainly within the licensing terms. You describe the exact situation why I originally created the software, to allow fellow teachers to generate educational content.
